A general error help topic follows this discussion with Large Monitors and certain program features

Large monitors and Spreadsheet and Custom Views

If EZChangeLog Reporter is displayed on a large monitor, and is positioned close to the edge of the monitor as illustrated - certain prompts in the Spreadsheet and Custom Views such as New, Copy, Rename might not be fully displayed or at all - as illustrated.

Press the escape key and move the Layout, Define Views, or Custom Reports window more to the center of your display area and try again  - If a partial prompt appears, you can click on it and drag it to reveal the whole window.
