EZChangeLog Reporter - READS ONLY - the EZChangeLog PRO data files and creates custom Spreadsheet reports!

There are Two Main tools used to send the EZChangeLog PRO data files to Spreadsheet format - Queries and Spreadsheet tools.

Queries - Build queries to selectively view EZChangeLog records at browse windows or selectively output records to spreadsheet format. As you build the queries, the Query Tool will guide you through the process window by window.

Spreadsheet Reports allow you to...

Use a simple, intuitive interface to quickly create and save an unlimited number of spreadsheet layouts which may be dynamically populated with data at any time.

Define the fields you need, customize the field view, and sort the output.

The Views tool can help with browse display and prepare the Spreadsheet tool with predefined field content.

Queries can be created and results displayed in the browse windows - before you use them to filter the results for spreadsheet reports.

For each EZChangeLog feature -

Choose only the fields you need, customize the field view, (Queries) the records you desire, and sort the output for a customized Spreadsheet report.

The other components of Spreadsheet reports - fields you need, how the fields are displayed left to right, and sorting are defined in the Spreadsheet layout tool.

And, you can choose to use ad hoc methods for creating a spreadsheet report as well.

When you click on the Yes button at this prompt, without saving (if desired), you can choose fields, how they are displayed, and how the records are sorted - and even create a new query before sending the records to a spreadsheet report.
