Navigation:  Spreadsheet > Spreadsheet Format

 

Clicking on the Yes button loads the Define Spreadsheet Format window. This is similar to the Spreadsheet Column Layout window, but you have a choice of editing various settings (fields displayed, sort order, etc) and NOT saving your settings, or save the spreadsheet layout.

 

Clicking on the No button displays the Spreadsheet Layouts window - At this window, you select from pre-defined spreadsheet layouts or create new layouts or modify existing layouts.
