Queries are saved individually for each browse. Upon re-entering a particular browse, the last query executed is displayed.
Note: When changing data folders, a saved query might not be valid for a particular data folder and browse. No records would be shown. Click on the Query Reset button for the browse.

An example of using this particular browse more effectively is as follows:
Create a data folder to hold information about software programs you own.
Create a product record for each software program you own.
In each product record:
List the Product Web site -
Web site Product Download location and where the software program install is stored locally on your storage drive:

Click on this button - Local Files link - it will load the install program for a software product.
Store additional helpful data such as User ID - Password - Serial number - registration key, price you paid for it or upgrade price, memo description of product, etc
Additional helpful technique:
Backup - store your install files in this data folder as well - backup this important folder, install programs and key registration information. ALL your key critical software information in ONE place for backup and restore purposes.
Note: Standard download location is C:\Users\Public\Downloads\ as shown in screen shot, but you could create a sub-folder such as
C:\Users\Public\Downloads\Software Owned\
and store this critical registration information and software install files there as well.
