For each EZChangeLog feature -

Choose only the fields you need, customize the field view, the records you desire, and sort the output for a customized Spreadsheet report.

Microsoft Excel is required to run reports!

If you do not have Microsoft Excel installed, this error window will display.

Important Note!

EZChangeLog Reporter reads EZChangeLog data files IF you use the default User Account locations.

EZChangeLog supports CUSTOM File Locations, and EZChangeLog Reporter CURRENTLY does not support CUSTOM File locations.

Suggestion on saving spreadsheets!

When you save and launch a spreadsheet report - save the spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel. The saved format produced by EZChangeLog Reporter might display a warning when reopened in Excel. Saving the spreadsheet in Excel at least once will avoid this warning.

While the main output is to Excel Spreadsheet format -

These additional formats are available as well - HTML Document or ASCII Export (csv) (dBase III (dbf) displays in the dialog, but is not available for output) - HTML output is very basic and no customization is available.

Spreadsheet Reports allow you to...

•	Use a simple, intuitive interface to quickly create and save an unlimited number of spreadsheet layouts which may be dynamically populated with data at any time.

•	Select from an existing sort or create your own sorting on up to three levels.

•	Publish web documents (in lieu of spreadsheet files) using the common spreadsheet layouts.

•	Create ASCII export files (in lieu of spreadsheet files) using the common spreadsheet layouts.

•	Dynamically populate customized spreadsheets for editing in the Excel Workbook Designer.

•	Optionally create spreadsheets, web pages or export files representing the current list box.

Queries

Build queries to selectively view EZChangeLog records at browse windows or selectively print records in spreadsheets. As you build the queries, the Query Tool will guide you through the process window by window.

Tip: When you run the program for the first time, and you choose a query, it defaults to Show ALL records, and use the VCR controls to navigate to query matches.

You can click on the Query Filter button, then it will only show records in the browse that match the query. When you close the window and re-open it another time, the program will remember if the Query Filter button is depressed or not.
