License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version

GRANT OF LICENSE. Encourager Software, as LICENSOR, grants to you, the LICENSEE, a nonexclusive right to use this copy of an Encourager Software produced software program (hereinafter the "SOFTWARE") on a single COMPUTER at a single location so long as you comply with the terms of this License. Each workstation upon which the SOFTWARE is used, whether such workstation is a stand-alone computer, a networked computer or terminal or a terminal on a multi user computer must have a separately licensed copy of the SOFTWARE.

You may make a copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes and you may transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.

If the LICENSEE has a demo copy of SOFTWARE, the LICENSEE has a nonexclusive right to use this SOFTWARE for a period of 30 days. After this time limit, a registered copy must be obtained for further use.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.

Disclaimer Of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE (Product Scope 7 (tm)) AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Product Scope 7(tm) may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
