Overview - Update Product Form

A product update form can contain all kinds of useful information:

General Tab - Product Internet URL, Support URL. PDF Link for product information (with online or on local storage drive), MFG name, extended description

Common to all Tabs - View a product image

Pricing TAB - Store up to three price quotes including where to buy, current prices, date of quote, shipping, etc.

General 2 - Download Files Tab - Category - Serial Number, User ID, and Password information

Particularly for software use - A Files download field for location of download on the internet, and a Local Files location field for where you stored the software install program.

Tax checkbox, Tax amount, and own checkbox

Order Links TAB - Store Order link URLs on this TAB and also an email address - Some products have specific support email addresses - also, when you order a product online, often you give an email address, this field would be a good place to store that email address for future reference.

Memo TAB - You can enter information in paragraph format for a description of the product.
