Product Scope Viewer has a lot of useful features, and can be used without a registration fee.

AND, can be used AFTER your trial period ends with Product Scope 7 and PS7 Clipboard (must pay a registration fee to continue use for Product Scope 7 and PS7 Clipboard after 30 day trial period).

Information created with Product Scope 7 and Product Scope 7 Clipboard during your 30 day trial period - CAN continue to be used by Product Scope Viewer!

All the product and vendor browses have a common simplified toolbar interface for our most popular features - Search, Query, Views, Record Edits (Add, Modify, Delete or Copy), Internet Link, Print, Spreadsheet and Copy to Clipboard, Support buttons.

Product Registration

During your 30 day trial period, there will a slight delay on startup, when the OK button is active, click on it to start the program.

Queries: Build queries to selectively view product or vendor records at browse windows or selectively print records in reports or spreadsheets. As you build the queries, the Query Tool will guide you through the process window by window.

Spreadsheet: Send product data and pricing with totals directly to a spreadsheet!

Microsoft Excel is required to run Spreadsheet reports!

If you do not have Microsoft Excel installed, this error window will display.

Search: When you need to find information in a record or records quickly, search all text fields (including memos) is a real time saver. The records can be selectively tagged for display in a tagged only browse view, or used in a report.

Views: Use an intuitive interface to quickly create and save a variety of custom list box (browse) formats with optional sort orders.

Links: Link fields are very versatile. Some examples are:

•	Store a filename and it's path information in a link field and launch the file with it's associated application.

•	ie. Launch Microsoft Word with a document.

•	Store Internet URLs and launch the browser to view a product web site, an order form page to buy the product, or possibly load up the support web page for a product.
